1. A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be used towards your final payment. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled, however, you can change the date of your appointment and this payment will be transferred to the new date.
2. If you are looking to get a lace install, I ask that you drop the lace off or have it mailed to me at least 48 hours before your appointment. If Lace isn't dropped off to me before your appointment, you will need to reschedule. ALL LACE NEEDS TO BE PURCHASED FROM ME OR MEET MY QUALITY STANDARDS.If you do not purchase the hair from me and the lace that you do purchase is too dark, too dense, or doesn't match your skin at all and hard to bleach with dark/LARGE knots, your appointment will be canceled and deposits are non-refundable unless you reschedule with better quality lace. I ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING BUNDLES AS WELL TO BE PRE-WASHED OR PRE-WASH BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THE BEST STYLING RESULTS. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ME ANY LACE THAT HAS BEEN WORN OR PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY ANOTHER STYLIST. I ONLY WORK WITH NEW LACE OR LACE THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED BY ME! If you are not sure what type of lace works for your skin, please text me. TRANSPARENT- LIGHT SKIN TONE, MEDIUM BROWN- BROWN/DARK SKIN. 3. Please arrive on time! If you are late a $25 late fee will be applied to your service. If you are more than an hour late your booking with me will be canceled. Please come photo-ready as I will take pictures for Instagram purposes only!

5. No extra people, CASH ONLY, No last minute Reschedules (deposit will be non-refundable if reschedule requests is not requested within 48 hours
6. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS MAY BE LONGER THAN THE TIME STATED DEPENDING ON STYLING. PLEASE CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
7. SQUEEZE INS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $50. Squeeze ins can't be rescheduled, they will need to be cancelled and rebooked with a new squeeze in fee or deposit depending on availability.

9. I highly recommend purchasing your lace from me and getting a 13x6 frontal or wig for the best install results. 13x6 or full lace wigs will give the flattest installs and most natural parting space. If you are getting a closure I recommend a 5x5-7x7 for the best install results!
10. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STYLE YOU WANT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SO I CAN MAKE SURE WE HAVE TIME TO DO IT.
