Returns/Refund Policy All sales are final! There are no refunds or exchanges issued on any products unless products are deemed defective by Hair by Makela LLC. If the product is deemed defective it must be shipped back to Hair by Makela LLC. with tags and wrapping attached before an exchange can be issued. All hair products are Final Sale!

 

How long is shipping?

 

Shipping time is about 5-10 business days after an order has been processed. Most items will ship out sooner but keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days to receive orders.

Please make sure the address is correct.

 

Once an order is placed the address cannot be modified.

 

Processing time?

 

Processing time can take up to 3 business days depending on your payment method. Once the order is processed it will ship out and you will receive a tracking number shortly after.

 

The billing address must match the shipping address.

 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). Proof of identification may be required for the billing information received.
